1765 Willow Road, just listed at $4,595,000, is one of the rare new Hillsborough listings of December. The Fall listing season typically is very active between Sept. 1 and November 20, but then tapers off for the holidays. The most active season of the real estate year is the widely anticipated Spring Market between February and May. Buyers can expect many new Hillsborough listings by late January/early February 2017.
