With a robust Q4 2012, Hillsborough's high-end over four million was poised for more big news. Today 3115 Ralston Avenue (pictured), a new construction with a "New Mansion Row" location on 1.7 acres has been marked sale pending in MLS. The list price at time of sale was $12,700,000. The tear-down/lot was purchased by developer Mark Sinclair in 2010 for $3,000,000.
